Hair studio Haaribo
§1 Scope
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to the business relationship between the customer named below and Hairstudio Haaribo. These terms and conditions apply to all services that arise in connection with the professional title hairdresser and cosmetics, including hair and skin cosmetic products, ancillary range and hairdressing articles, unless mandatory legal provisions oppose this. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, even if they are known, are not part of the contract unless their validity is expressly approved in writing.
§2 Dates/ data collection
The Hairstudo Haaribo mainly works on an appointment basis. Customers are offered appointments after specifying the desired services. These are then reserved with the date, time and any additional services. This can be done in person, by phone and online via haaribo.com. As soon as the appointment is reserved, a service contract is created between the customer and Hairstudio Haaribo.
For the purpose of arranging an appointment, the following data must be collected and stored (in Germany). It is not possible to book an appointment without this data:
Customer's name
E-mail address of the customer
In addition, the following important information for the allocation of appointments or the smooth provision of the service (in the case of substitution) can be stored:
Customer's phone number
Information about allergies / intolerances, specifics of the hair structure
Information on previous or planned services, e.g. mixing ratio of chemicals for (regular) coloring / tinting
Hairstudio Haaribo requires the consent of the customer for data collection and storage. These will be deleted immediately if the customer revokes them. The hair studio Haaribo uses the industry software Enfore. This automatically deletes unused customer data no later than 14 months after the last call. You can get more information about this

Deadlines are only binding for us if the agreed execution date is not exceeded by more than 30 minutes.
For certain dates (e.g. wedding / hair extensions) the customer is required to pay in advance/deposit. This will be communicated to the customer when the appointment is made. These appointments are only optional until payment has been made and can be given to someone else by Hairstudio Haaribo until the money has been received and thus canceled by the customer.
If the customer is responsible for the agreed services (e.g. absenteeism or being late) or cannot be carried out completely due to a lack of time, Hairstudio Haaribo is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to charge an appointment cancellation fee of 80% of the planned services . For services that have been paid for or in advance, the cancellation fee is 100%.
§3 Prices and payment
Current daily prices include the respective statutory value-added tax. Customers can find out about the current prices at any time. The current daily prices can be viewed publicly at any time at haaribo.com or in the salon. For services that are not described in the price list, the Hairstudo Haaribo staff will be happy to provide information in advance. There is a separate price list for sales items.
Upon request, customers will receive an appointment confirmation e-mail. The basic prices for the services are given here as daily prices (= according to the current price list). The prices quoted are minimum prices and may increase due to additional expenses (e.g. long or particularly thick hair, etc.) or the spontaneous booking of additional services. The current daily prices apply on the day of the appointment (= on the day the service is performed / on the day the hairdresser visits) even if cheaper prices have been confirmed by e-mail. Daily prices of a maximum of 5% above the confirmed prices are expressly accepted by the customer. If the difference between the confirmed prices and the current daily prices is more than 5%, the customer has the right to demand to pay only the maximum 5% more than the prices stated in the confirmation.
Unless paid in advance, invoice amounts are due immediately after the service has been performed and are to be paid exclusively by EC card or voucher.
§4 Vouchers
Paid vouchers / purchase vouchers:
Customers can purchase vouchers from Hairstudio Haaribo against payment. Paid vouchers can be redeemed like cash for the payment of all services and articles in the hairdresser Haaribo. The period of validity is regulated by law in the German Civil Code. Redemption after the validity period has expired is excluded.
Promotional and campaign vouchers and discounts:
The Hairstudio Haaribo offers customers advertising and campaign vouchers as well as discounts at irregular intervals. These discounts can be linked to certain conditions (e.g. additional purchases) or deadlines. Hairstudio Haaribo reserves the right to accept advertising and campaign vouchers or to grant discounts.
§5 Liability
We assume no liability for your wardrobe, bags, luggage and valuables. Please take off your jewelery before starting treatment! We assume no liability for your clothing if it is damaged through your own fault, the same applies to any intolerances and allergies, whether known or unknown. Exclusion of liability exists for the chemical, thermal, hair and skin cosmetic treatments expressly requested by the customer, as well as all hairdressing measures that the employees of Hairstudio Haaribo advise against in the interest of the customer. No liability claim can be derived from circumstances for which we are not responsible, eg force majeure, such as power failure and the like, which prevent the fulfillment of a customer order. We also assume no liability for postponements or delays that Hairstudio Haaribo is not responsible for. A claim for damages cannot be derived from this.
Should the Hairstudio Haaribo have to postpone an appointment, the customer will be informed as early as possible. The customer then has the option of agreeing on the new appointment with the employees of Hairstudio Haaribo or canceling the appointment free of charge. If the customer has already paid for the appointment or has paid in full, all monies for unused services will be returned to the customer.
The Hairstudio Haaribo tries to plan the appointments in such a way that the appointment can start on time. Due to unforeseeable events, it can happen that the customer has to wait.
A claim for damages cannot be derived from this.
§6 Warranty
If a defect appears, the customer must report this immediately. The notification is only deemed to be immediate if it is made within 3 days after the treatment or in the case of purchased goods. The customer then has a right to rectification; if the rectification fails, he can request rectification again. Claims for defects do not exist if they are only insignificant
Deviation from the agreed service or quality, in the case of only insignificant impairment of usability, natural wear and tear as well as damage resulting from incorrect or negligent treatment, excessive stress, unsuitable hair and skin care products by the customer or due to special external influences. If customers or third parties carry out improper remedial work or changes, there are also no claims for defects for these and the resulting consequences.
§7 Retention of title
The service and goods remain the property of Hairstudio Haaribo until full payment and fulfillment of all claims.
§8 Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Place of jurisdiction is Cologne. German law applies to the legal relationships between the contracting parties.
§9 final clause
If individual provisions of these general terms and conditions or a contract supplemented by them are or become ineffective, this does not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions and the contract and these general terms and conditions remain effective for both parts. In place of an ineffective provision, an effective provision comes as close as possible to its economic content.
